Many cases we handle at Leemon + Royer, PLLC, are referred to us by other attorneys. If your client has a personal injury or wrongful death litigation matter that falls outside the scope of your practice, we welcome the opportunity to work together to achieve a just result.
Attorneys across the country have felt confident in recommending our services to their clients. They know that we not only achieve consistently excellent results, but also that we can be trusted to maintain the highest levels of integrity at every stage of the litigation process.
We are committed to making the referral experience a smooth, positive and beneficial one for everyone involved. Upon accepting a referral, we will enter into a contract with both you and the client establishing the distribution of fees so that all parties are informed and protected. Our referral fee arrangements are generous, and our policies in this regard are always in compliance with RPC 1.5(e).
We Are Flexible About Your Level Of Involvement In Referral Cases
When it comes to your degree of involvement in a case you refer, we are extremely flexible. Some referring attorneys prefer a very hands-on level of participation. Others want to be present and involved only at a few critical points in the process. Still others may want no involvement once the fee-sharing agreement is executed. The extent to which you participate is a matter we are always willing to consider. We are open to mostly any arrangement and will be happy to accommodate your desired level of involvement.
Because we are a small law firm that handles big cases, you will never be “handed off” to an associate. Although we have exceptionally competent paralegals, the principals in our firm are responsible for all of the legal work, and you will deal with us directly.
